Kamyla Chung's ABCs Of Bully Prevention "N"

Two little words that have a profound effect on all of us. Like it or not, we all have to learn to live with being told no.
Sometimes it's hard to hear but when we do, we must stay calm.
Children need to understand that people have personal boundaries and no means no.
Here are a few strategies to try when someone tells you no:
*Politely ask if you can choose something else to play with or have a turn later.
*Talk about how you feel with an adult or a friend.
*Write or draw about how you're feeling.
*Read a book
